Use This Strategy For Consistent Affiliate Profits
Horizontal scaling has allowed me to consistently make over $10k/mo in pure profits for the last few years.

My biggest issue doing affiliate marketing the last 15 years (and I think I can speak for a lot of affiliate marketers) was consistency.
Consistent revenue, consistent traffic sources, consistent CPCs, consistent offers, consistent conversion rates...
Finding a campaign that consistently delivers a profit is near impossible if you’re running paid ads. If you own your own traffic source, then hats off to you, you’re doing fine and don’t need this post.
But the majority of affiliates run paid ads, and can’t figure out how to get long term, consistent results.
And I think I know why, because I used to be in the same boat.
There are two ways to make $20k in a month with affiliate marketing - with 1 campaign or with multiple campaigns. Affiliate marketers are naturally lazy individuals who want the best results for the least input.
So whenever a campaign starts to be profitable they inevitably hear from their affiliate manager, or ad rep that a campaign is “crushing it.” So they go out and replicate that campaign, right down to the font style of the landing page. Then they run the exact ads, landing page and offer in an attempt to crush it.
And oftentimes they do. They’ll make their quick profits. But then the campaign goes away. Competition drives the conversion rates down, the advertiser runs out of inventory, or the networks scrub because they’re trying to compete with other networks on payouts.
All of these affiliates have tunnel vision on one offer. Then, like the conversion junkies we are, we sit there scratching our arms, waiting for the next hit.
It’s very feast and famine. There’s no consistency. And that makes it tough. But that’s only because most affiliates try to scale their campaigns vertically. Meaning they only try one campaign at a time, in the hopes of taking that campaign to the moon.
But what they don’t realize is they can reach the same goal each month scaling horizontally - that is, running multiple campaigns with lower profits, and stacking those.
One campaign per day that makes $2k in profit daily is hot, I’ll give you that. But it burns bright and burns out fast. Ten little campaigns that each earn $200/day isn’t nearly as hot, but it’s sustainable, and won’t burn out. Those little campaigns are like hot coals that continue to sear month after month.
Scaling horizontally also keeps you off affiliate managers' radar. Your revenue is high but it’s distributed between multiple offers, so no one offer stands out.
It’s also the best way to future proof your affiliate business. If one campaign goes down, you have others that pick up the slack while you add a new one into the roster.
And, there’s a higher barrier to entry to copy you. Most affiliates are lazy and don’t want to try and copy a dozen little campaigns.
So you can literally just run the same campaigns for years, and continue adding to your portfolio until you’re netting tens of thousands of dollars per month in profit.
This is the approach I’m currently taking, and it’s paying off nicely. I have close to ten campaigns right now, half are consistently profitable, the other half are still being tested. But I’m averaging one to two profitable campaigns per month added to my portfolio, so my monthly affiliate income is growing month over month.
I have offers that go away and I just replace them. I have seasons where some campaigns don’t work well, but they’re covered by the other campaigns until they come back.
I’m spending over $3k per day on ads now, with an average ROAS of 125% - That’s almost $1k per day in profit every day. Extrapolate that out to more campaigns and $10k per day in spend. I’ll be netting $2.5k per day.
This is my current strategy - horizontal scaling. A lot of little campaigns that get overlooked, that add up to make a lot of money. Finally, enjoying consistent income in affiliate marketing.
So if you’re struggling with getting consistent income in your affiliate business, try scaling horizontally. Make ten smaller campaigns, run them on lower budgets, get your easy profits from them, and stack that money.
If you want to see the campaigns I'm testing right now, case studies of the ones that are crushing for me month over month, the landing pages I'm using, and work with me to fast track your affiliate business, join the Commission Crew community now.
It's just $50/mo, for now. Once we hit 200 members I have to raise it to $67/mo to try to keep it from becoming too crowded. So hop in now before the price goes up, and hope to see you on the inside!
Cheers!
